There is an article in today's papers about an F&B outlet, named "SevenInches" rebelling against the popular trend of restaurants jacking up prices to catch the Valentine's Day crowd. Instead, they have done so much better in going the opposite direction. Not by lowering prices, but coming up with anti-romantic drinks like "Bomb My Ex". There was something in the article that put a bee in my bonnet, and that's when the bar owner mentioned all his drinks are made with premium absinthe, "the drink of choice for rebels and individualists."
