Some things I would be able to buy with the Hong bao money... Except I opted to save the bulk of it:
New school bag
The current Deisel one is not bad, but my chief reason of replacing it is that the bag has no spine at all. I don't put files or big books in it very much or at all, so it often ends up like some bent over sorry excuse of a carrier.
New shorts
Bermudas, board shorts or whatever, I just want a new pair given that I have just 2, not including jeans. I don't know how I've gotten by with such little variety, seriously.
ipod nano
Even though I've already got a shuffle, I still yearn for the nano which was twice my monetary reach. I can afford it now, given that my Hong bao cash was like bordering on 300. But spending so much one one item that borders the cap is too much for me to bear.
Ahh... the allocation of scarce resources.
