I just finished my Dubai trip video compilation that I volunteered for. I know I must have been off my rocker, since the time it consumed (not the video itself, but the fact that I kept saving the edited photos as jpegs and not .psd's meant that I kept having to redo them. And psd documents can get to 50mb in size if you don't watch out.) was immense. I want to upload it, but I don't see how I can with a 36mb file size. I am quite proud of it.
Anyway, I wanted to blog this yesterday, but time and junior college waits for no student. (I'm sorry if that was painful) Going back to school yesterday made me realise how unique the holiday I just had was. It was seriously one of a kind, not besting that of the sec 4 holidays, but still occupying a whole new level of freedom I didn't fully appreciate while it was in motion.
Now that the cogs of lazing about has vanished, I realise that there is just something to the holidays that I can't pin on, that made it so unique. Ah, the aftertaste is always sweeter than the process.
Dammit. I've been consumed. I had like 4 or so things to blog here but my busy self has wiped them all away. What a waste.
Oh btw, the MOF debates is this friday. haven't fully prepared for a slaughtering by HCI. Did you see the DSTA scholarship advertisement taken out in the news the other day? There was only one student not from RJC or Hwa Chong.
And yesterday I realised how endurance running for something like 21km has made me unable to go faster in the 2.4km. I've been so used to the slower, sustained pace of the long run that I neglected speed, making myself clock a timing of 10:47 for 2k yesterday as tennis warm up.
Got to go now and do some history. followed by Debates stuff. Followed by Math Mclaurin's. Followed by something else.
