Joel went away today (though I still consider a time such as 1am to be, psyochologically, yesterday night) at 1am (didn't I say so?) His trip to Japan will see him coming back on the 11th. I found it interesting that they will be staying in 7 hotels in 8 days. Anyway, he mentioned on his blog the other time that he went to Zouk, so I heard from this tennis mate of mine today that he saw my brother there that day. Or night. Small world indeed.
He said my brother went there with 6 girls in tow, wtf?! And then he proceeded to say, Eh, what about you man?
I've observed it with my eyes and ears for some time already. Joel just has something that I don't have. His gift of the gab takes him places (reminds me of I Get Around by The Beatles); I go others. Put me in front of 6 girls and I'd feel damn awkward. Heheh... apparently my brother doesn't. Quite proud of him, actually... LOL
I've taken a liking to tennis (actually I used to like it. The MJ company just made me dislike it.), since the two guys who used to bug the shit out of me don't seem to irk me so much now. In fact, I actually dislike the shorter training sessions.
I 'borrowed' BF2 from Joel's his computer just now, and man. I don't feel like I miss it so much. My K/D ratio was fine, so it wasn't that I was blowing steam, but the zest didn't seem to present itself.
Also, I've increased my exercise streak to 5 days... heheh. 4 days tennis in the morning from last saturday and 1 day of running. In the morning. But I've been sleeping at around 12 for almost all the nights, so the upcoming half marathon means I've got to sleep earlier. I hope I can do a little over 2hrs for it. It starts at 6:30, So I'll get less sun than I was anticipating (which is always good)
Lastly, I can finally feel cold at night in bed, thanks to the monsoon season that has shown its colours.
