I'm going to squeeze off one before I get back to Econs revision, for the paper that begins less than two hours from now. Been feeling some withdrawal symptoms ever since i stopped using the computer for close to a week now. I had some things to blog about, but now i pretty much forgot all that they are.

My mouse and keyboard now give me problems, and I am completely out of control of the PC. It seems Acer help desk is in cahoots with the exam proximity thing, for calling them yields uncommonly frustrating results, such as being put on the line for over 15 mins, or being engaged. Which kind of sick 1800 number gives you an engaged tone?

I just did my CL'B' paper, and it seems the childish picture composition segment has been replaced by a discussion topic, which we are again advised from attempting. My gosh, the Paper 2 was really a whole new level of difficulty, like some sec 2 or 3 CL paper. Much harder than i expected. And to my surprise, even MJC CL'B' students sleep on the exam, through and to the end of the paper.

I will talk about one topic: my dad suggested, not long after we did the Standard Chartered 10k last year, to get our JC friends to do a run together, with us spearheading it. He said it would be a good idea for our portfolio. One night, sleeping a little earlier (for the holidays) at 1030, I thought this up.

The (K)meridian, or km, is an initiative to get enthusiastic runners, veterans and beginners to endurance running an experience of running alongside friends. It spurs those who are learning the ropes, while the veterans can teach them new tips and tricks, while the enthusiasts chalk up one more race.

The idea is to run the upcoming Nike Human 10 Run, followed by the Standard Chartered Marathon with a race length of the participant's choice. This is for runners to chart their progress and achievements. Every person wears a blue meridian tee or running top, so that fellow meridians can identify their friends, and feel more motivated.
