house arpdate #4

Hmm. This Mozilla seems to be curbing my ability to move pictures around. Anyway, here is the house update, ( i think it's number 3 or 4) and it is one month from completion. Here are the photos. The first one is a shot from inside the pool, looking to the artery of the house; its walkway. The second one looks into the future dining room.

I used to have a distant view of the CBD, but the construction of the house opposite, which was the one my parents had originally contemplated, besides the one we already have now, has built up and obstructed the view. My father simply tells me to pray the old couple right next door don't have plans to sell their house or build it up.

This sign was put up when my dad found out that the workers were making full use of the toilets amidst construction.Panorama shot of my future room, with it's sunny orange colour. The place opposite my work desk is where my bed will be. Did some pathetic editing to the brightness difference of each different shot. Sorry, but i was lazy.

The exterior facade, with the trees in place. The signage of our home was proudly done by my older brother, Isaac. I think it looks fantastic, and so do a lot of other people.
The planter boxes are not properly drained, and even with 2m deep a hole, there is simply no way plants can grow there. Poor foresight of the contractor, even though my dad told him long ago last year to plan for it. It's a big dilemma my dad is stressing over.
This palm right here, is so dang beautiful, and simply exudes the tropical feel of the house.
My toilet. 'nuff said.
