Divine Intervention

Every year, it's the same thing. Same story. Just a different problem.

Once more, at the advent of an important series of exams, my computer finds a new crash problem. trust it to do so. For as far as i can recall, this computer of mine has failed me when it nears exam time. Except for O Levels though, that one, i really didn't play through at all, so i'll never know.

This time, it's the blue screen of death. Happens everytime i start up my com, yes, every single time. But wait. I just started it up and it didn't restart. Odd. Anything i do related to games fails. want to download Sims 2 custom content? One web browser, one, on www.thesimsresource.com, uses about 50% of my CPU. It will hang every so often when i try to download something. Try to play Bf2? Hmm... it's fine, actually. Try to play Sims 2? The game officially crashes. Play CoH? I lose. (But then again, i typed that for kicks. I often lose whether or not divine intervention comes to being.)

Call Acer helpdesk for a repair? The line is engaged. I tried more than 6 times today. Never have i called them and the line is engaged. For god's sakes, they have an automated helpline, even if the working hours are off, there is an automated response. And they obviously have more than one phone.

All i can say is, divine intervention. I reckon it's again my turn, to win some or learn some. No, really, i mean it, because obviously this happens to tell me i ought to be studying and not slacking. And i ought to. H2 physics mutiple choice yields me results of, on average, 3 out of 10. Math is stable, but not good enough, I haven't revised for Econs and History, and GP is the only subject i'm not worried over. Well, time for more math tuition homework.
