for the previous post, here is a hint as to the members of the Third Degree. In no particular order, there are thirteen of us, joel, joseph, mark, ben, yichen, roger, matthias, alvin, jason, mr phoa, jhin chee, vernon and hengchang. i consider one a member as long as the person has joined us for a significant event, eg. paintball, Army Open House or the BB match.

in other events, the post race overview has been recently put up on the internet. much like a game of Need For Speed, it shows a very comprehensive overview of my race position, timing, the people ahead and behind of me for the category, runners in my same age group and the like. highly comprehensive, and thanks to the Championchip, an expensive tag worn on your shoes which records your timing. it's valuable, so it is returned to the SSC after the race. the website, runpix, does this for many races, not just singapore's, and includes army runs, the Berlin marathon, the LA marathon and the like. one area shows the birds eye view of runner near you when you finished, showing up as little dots, each of which show a name and timing when you hover over them. different colours indicate women, 16 year olds and others in the category. pity i cant show it here. its impressive how comprehensive the thing is. here are my recordings.
