This post is a semi-juvenile attempt at trying to constructively criticise a person's blog. Today's dig shall be aimed at http://tick-tock-times-a-wasting.blogspot.com/ aka Zhi Wei. Read the first few posts as homework before seeing my review, or you wouldn't know what is going on. alternatively if you don't want to steam through rubbish, then no qualms in skipping this post.

His post on the World Famine camp or whatnot seems to be highly puerile attempt at hating the guts of other people. If someone did the equivalent of ringing my doorbell seven times, i think i would really tell the person off. Not by using juvenile vulgarities, but simply to tell the person that he really irks me when he rings it so often. Because by hurling vulgarities at a person you do not know, you immediately show your irrational behaviour. (As opposed to doing it to friends, they already know how irrational you are. Heh.)

After all, there is only so much delay that one can make in dropping all that he is doing to answer the door. Another note. When something used to happen to me that really irked me, i would eventually think of the things i should have done or said in retaliation. But i long outgrew that because it is simply childish; i didn't think of it then (during whatever squabble), and therefore i am not as quick on my feet. End of story. Yet it appears people like him have not outgrown it, and still think that wishing ill upon others in the aftermath of a tussle is actually going to solve something. The moral is that your hurt ego should not allow you to become so childish as to imagine all the ills upon a person, long after the episode has been aired.

Incidentally when i do read on, he does comment about his tirade on printing and designing the class tee. Although he does seem to realize that those who work behind the scenes get little credit and much disapproval, he does not seem to apply this to the councillor camp planning. Oh well. we're all human. On to another blog.
