this post tonight is a tribute to my friend who has just experienced a computer crash, and cannot be here with us today.

for everyone who knows me, i get frustrated and irritated very easily. unless something is of utmost importance to me, with which i take a simply slightly longer time to becom impatient. in any case, i must impress upon this fact in this post, that i wonder how some can bear with me at times. or maybe all the time.

this is said to all but more importantly, my friend mark, who has probably been my closest friend throughout the four years in Damai. this seems appropriate, for i doubt we may go to the same institution the year to come. This comes recently in a string of events that made me really peed off with him when he mentioned some stuff to do with Company Of Heroes and our ensuing matches, be it 2v2 or 1v1. despite this, he seemed to maintain resolute on his stand, and my anger seemed to mean little to him. maybe his shield is even stronger than yichen's. In any case, i am glad this was to be, for i know it was pretty low-down to have to crush any opposition in the fact that my team or i had beaten him. mark's the most experienced when it comes to gaming between the few of us that we call the Third Degree (he coined it too...). so i think it is most relevant that i hereby apologise for those events, and my insane behavior.

we all start small, indeed joel seemed to be not much of a player in coh even though he started first. but now he has 50, if not more than 50 percent of a chance at beating either me or yichen in a game. so mark, dont give up just yet, youre just as valuable a player, much more if we want to mount the ladder and go competitive, officially. Hang in there, and every game that you play is a learning curve. very soon, we'll all be good enough to take on the GXL, where i can only hope it will be an outlet to a lasting (read: not gay) bond for the Third Degree. Go, squad, Go!
